Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager has responsibility for all day-to-day operating elements of the following areas: human resources, orientation & training, and health & safety. This position will ensure the organization is following all legal and regulatory requirements with regard to HR practices, as well as have oversight responsibilities for payroll processes, benefit administration (including compliance with ACA), and the organization’s retirement. In addition, this position will oversee recruitment activities, new hire orientation, performance evaluations, and provide consultation to managers regarding coaching and counseling. Selected candidate will promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning with a commitment to quality.

The qualified applicant should have a minimum of a BS/BA degree in human resources or related field of study and have three years of human resources related experience. Applicant should be action-oriented and possess the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including providers, support staff and administration. Must also be a team player in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment that includes multiple sites. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and must be able to effectively present information publicly. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a must.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

 

Northeast Missouri Health Council has a clear focus for bringing behavioral healthcare services to local communities in our primary care setting. The LCSW will provide a continuum of mental health treatments by screening, assisting, and diagnosing at-risk patients. Candidate must be able to provide crisis intervention (including risk assessments and counseling) to emotionally disturbed patients. Must utilize resources to address social and emotional factors related to the patient’s health care problems, as well as provide counseling and behavioral/mental health treatment services to all patients. Must ensure individualized treatment plans are completed in a timely manner. Position requires consulting other human/social services for purposes of referral, if necessary. Qualified candidates must hold a Master of Social Work degree.

Must take pride in patient care by offering support in areas such as: computer skills, team player, and excellent patient/customer service. The LPN will be equipped to deliver high quality care by assisting patients in and out of exam rooms, taking vital signs, coordinate patient meds, prescriptions, labs, blood draws, injections, specimen collection, patient notifications and other clinic functions as needed to maintain a smooth office flow.
